Renton

Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405 and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area. Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing started building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles. The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year. Renton has homes of all styles Luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Renton, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Kent

Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, Kent is the third largest city in King County and the second oldest. Despite its size and age, Kent maintains a close-knit community and boasts every modern amenity. Kent is home to the Showare Center, a multi-use events center that hosts concerts and other live events and is the home of the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team, the Tacoma Stars of the Major Arena Soccer League, and the Seattle Mist of the Legends Football league. Touring shows like the Harlem Globetrotters and Disney on Ice also make stops at the Showare Center. In the heart of downtown, Kent Station is an open-air center for shopping, dining, relaxing and seeing movies. Kent Station also holds events throughout the year like Halloween trick or treating, Easter egg hunts, summer concerts, and pictures with Santa during the holidays. Kent residents love to get outdoors, taking in the views of Mt. Rainier from one of our many parks, biking along the valley trails, and bird watching at the Green River Natural Resources Area. You can find unique and historic homes here as well as newly built ones. If you’re looking for a friendly neighborhood, Kent has you covered. If you’d like to learn more about Kent, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Seattle

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
